General Category:
Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 22 years
OBC (Other Backward Class):
Maximum age: 25 years
SC/ST (Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe):

Ex-Servicemen:
Maximum age: 45 years (under certain conditions)

However, in case of women candidates, age relaxation is carried out by 5 years for both constable and sub-inspector posts.

Rules for Age Relaxation:
