Online application form
- Candidates can submit the SRMJEEE 2021 application form in offline mode as well by making the registration fee payment through Demand Draft (DD). Candidates can also get the application form from the post offices of their nearby area. Registration amount is the same i.e. Rs 1100, in case of offline purchase. Candidates can also collect the form from the institute by paying the requisite application fee.
- Candidates after getting the SRM application form 2021, they can fill properly and send it to the address mention below with the required documents. It is a must that the OMR application form must reach the address by February 29, 2021.
General Instructions to fill the offline application form
- Only the original application should be sent.
- The application form will be machine- processed. Hence take utmost care while writing with a black ink ball-point pen in the boxes wherever provided. Corresponding to the above, darken the alphabet/numeral/oval using only an HB pencil only.
- To change a marking, erase the darkened spot completely and make a fresh mark.
- Do not scribble, cut, tear or erase the application form. Do not put any stray pencil marks anywhere on the application form.
- Do not write, make any mark on / deface the Barcode.
- Candidate’s photograph, signature, and e-mail ID are to be machine-scanned. So, paste a recent, good-quality colour photograph of you against a light coloured background. Write your e-mail ID using only a black-ink ball-point pen.
- The application must be complete in all respects. An incomplete application or application filled in a language other than English will be rejected.
- Options, once filled in the application form, cannot be changed at a later stage.
- Candidates are advised to retain with them a photocopy of the filled-in application for future reference.
SRMJEEE 2021 Application Form Correction
The SRMJEEE 2021 application form correction facility was available from April 19 to 21, 2021. Candidates could correct any minor errors in their application form during this period. However, the application form correction facility was not available for major changes, such as changing the candidate’s name, date of birth, or educational qualifications. To correct the SRMJEEE 2021 application form, candidates had to log in to their account on the official SRM University website and then click on the “Application Form Correction” link. They could then make the necessary changes to their application form and submit it. Please note that the SRMJEEE 2023 application form correction facility is not yet available. The university will release an update on the dates for application form correction once they are finalized.
